Cappuccino cream coffee topping. You will need, 1/2 a cup of whole milk, 2 Table spoons of confectioner's sugar, 1/2 a table spoon of cream of tartar, 1/4 table spoon of cinnamon. Combine all the ingredients in the cream whipper. Discharge the nitrous oxide cream charger in to the cream whipper. Shake vigorously for 2 minutes. Dispense immediately over coffee.
